By accessing or using Job Easy (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Services Provided

Job Easy provides an AI‑powered assistant (“Joe”) designed for Australian service businesses. Features include answering industry questions, generating documents (invoices, quotes, job sheets, receipts), and related productivity tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a service business in Australia to use Job Easy.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform.
Submit content that infringes the rights of others or violates Australian law.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of Job Easy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our handling of data as described there.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We may change pricing with prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the platform, including “Joe”, the Job Easy name, branding, and software code, belongs to Job Easy Pty Ltd. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive license to use the service for your business.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our AI assistant provides guidance but is not a substitute for professional advice.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
